Research Bee on Saturday June 14th

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM in Person Only

Hone your research skills by participating in a collaborative research workshop.

Mystery items from the Project Bin will be chosen for this exercise.

Attendees will work together to examine artifacts and documents, research for more information, cite sources, and begin developing a report.

Bring your lunch. Coffee and tea provided.

Future Bees may centre on specific CRGS database indexes to focus our efforts locally.

This will be the last SIG until September.

CRGS Open House on June 7th

CRGS OPEN HOUSE on Saturday June 7th – 10 AM to 3 PM

Stop by for a visit as we host an Open House in our CRGS Library.

The Maritime Heritage Centre is also having a Market Day outside and upstairs in the Rotary Hall.
Plenty of Artisans and other Venders will be there

We will have a Book Sale table outside.

Members are welcome to donate Genealogy and Historical Books for the sale. No fiction please.

Volunteers are needed for set up and 2-hour shifts.
